The Cavalry’s roster includes players from New South Wales – or close contacts of people from the state – that would be required to quarantine in Western Australia following a COVID outbreak in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

Shepherd is set to feature on the mound for the first time in the ABL after missing last season following his switch from hitter to pitcher during the 2019 Minor League season.
