Country New South Wales has downed the Australian Capital Territory 6-4 in a rain-shortened 2020 U16 Australian Youth Championship game at Ballarat’s Prince of Wales Park on Friday afternoon.
Starting pitcher Parker Robinson punched out eight in 3 1/3 innings and Luke Jacobs drove in two runs before the ACT rallied ahead of the rain settling in.

Baseball Australia has introduced an air quality policy which will be implemented immediately.
The policy will cover all Baseball Australia sanctioned events, including the Australian Baseball League, Women’s and Youth championships and all Little League events.

The International Olympic Committee approved the Dakar 2022 Organising Committee’s proposal to add Baseball5 to the program.

The Blue Sox scored two runs in the top of the 10th on an Alex Howe groundout and bases loaded walk ahead of Chris Oxspring denying the Aces victory.

Dorminy kept the Aces’ offence in check, helping to limit the home side to just six total hits in smoky conditions at Melbourne Ballpark as the visitors claimed a much-needed win following some recent struggles.
