Jaxon Limpus drove in the winning run with a single as WA rallied after Queensland hit drew level with a two-run seventh.

The Blue Sox scored two runs in the top of the 10th on an Alex Howe groundout and bases loaded walk ahead of Chris Oxspring denying the Aces victory.

Dorminy kept the Aces’ offence in check, helping to limit the home side to just six total hits in smoky conditions at Melbourne Ballpark as the visitors claimed a much-needed win following some recent struggles.
