Baseball Australia has secured a $180,000 investment from the Australian Institute of Sport over the next 12 months to help establish its new Performance Pathway Program.

The AIS investment will help provide a strong platform for Boral Team Australia to achieve its goal of producing a team capable of returning from the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics with a medal around their neck.

Is this the best listing on Airbnb?

We might be slightly biased, but a Minor League team in the US might just have the best listing on Airbnb.

Minnesota Twins’ affiliate Pensacola Blue Wahoos have listed their Florida home, Blue Wahoos Stadium, which is currently vacant due to COVID-19 shutting down baseball in the US.

Warwick Saupold’s second-straight strong start was not enough to lift Hanwha Eagles over Kiwoom Heroes at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome in their KBO clash on Sunday afternoon.

The Eagles took an early 3-0 lead but the tide turned on Saupold’s exit from the game in the seventh as the Heroes piled on five runs to claim a 6-3 victory.
