Sturt Saints have ended West Torrens Eagles unbeaten start to the South Australian State League season with a see-sawing extra innings victory at Lockleys Oval on Saturday afternoon.
Simon Adkins and Jordan McArdle had the important RBI in the 10th inning as the Saints collected a 5-3 victory over the Eagles in a clash where the lead changed several times.

A three-run seventh inning has helped Henley & Grange Rams come from behind to defeat Sturt Saints 4-2 in twilight South Australian State League action on Tuesday night.
Trailing by one entering their final at-bat, the Rams rallied for three runs off Saints reliever Damian Arnold thanks to RBI singles from Liam Bull and Jack Partington.

Jordan McArdle drove in four runs to lift Clippers to the 2019 Super League Baseball Adelaide crown at West Beach on Wednesday night.
The Clippers downed the Crushers 13-6 to claim their first Super League title.

Sturt started its South Australian Baseball League title defence in style, downing neighbours Goodwood 10-0 at West Beach on Saturday night.
ABL duo Jordan McArdle and Angus Roeger both homered, along with Terrell Joyce, as the Saints started the season with an impressive win.
