Team Australia Futures’ bats carried their hot finish to Friday night’s game into Saturday’s series finale against the Adelaide Giants to set up an 11-5 win.
The Futures team scored 11 runs across the second and third innings, after scoring five in the eighth on Friday night to fall just short of a thrilling comeback win, to split the two-game series at West Beach.

Twenty players from around the country have been named to the Team Australia Futures roster set to take on the Adelaide Giants at West Beach this weekend.
Eight players from New South Wales, six from Queensland and two each from South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia have been named for the two-game series against the Australian Baseball League franchise.

New South Wales pitcher Max Milner has become the latest member of Team Australia’s 2021 U-18 squad to commit to a college program.
Milner will link up with NJCAA Division 1 Arizona Western College.
