A 33-game 2022 Australian U-16 Youth Championship schedule has been locked in.
Each of the seven teams will play at least eight games across the July 4-9 tournament at Redcliffe’s Talobilla Park.

Northern Territory’s roster for its return to Little League’s national stage has been revealed.
Baseball NT on Wednesday released a 14-player roster to take part in the 2022 Australian Little League Division II Championship later in the year.

Queensland will defend its 2020 Australian U-16 Youth Championship title on home soil after the host for the event’s return to the calendar was locked in on Thursday.
Redcliffe, north-east of Brisbane, will host the 2022 tournament during the July school holidays in partnership with the Moreton Bay Regional Council.

Adelaide will host the Australian Women’s Baseball Championship and Australian Youth Women’s Baseball Invitational in 2022.
Baseball Australia on Wednesday announced the Women’s Championship would be held for the first time since 2019 at West Beach from April 15-21.

Baseball Queensland has announced details of its National Showcase Series, finalising the full slate for next January’s Australian Youth Championship replacement content.
Following the cancellation of the 2021 Australian Youth Championship the localised National Showcase Series content will provide an opportunity for U-16 and U-18 talent to go head-to-head and be profiled to ensure exposure to scouts.

Adelaide will host the Australian Women’s Baseball Championship in 2021, for the first time since the tournament’s inception.
West Beach, in the city’s western suburbs, will hold the event from April 2-9.

The Northern Territory could be represented on Little League Baseball’s national stage next year for the first time since 2015.
It comes after Little League International granted the NT approval for its two charters – Alice Springs and Darwin – to compete as a combined team at the Australian championships.
