Adelaide Marlins rode early offence to a 5-3 win over Macarthur at the 2021 Australian Junior League Championship at West Beach on Sunday.
The Marlins scored the opening five runs of the ballgame and held the New South Wales charter off, despite them threatening.

Otto Moje drove in the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth and Genevieve Beacom shut the door as the Mariners sealed an 8-7 win in the gold medal game at Albert Park Baseball Complex.
