Hawks shut out Magpies in WASL 1 behind Burt's 10 strikeouts
Gosnells Hawks picked up their sixth win of the season with a 2-0 shutout victory over Wembley Magpies in WA State League 1 action on Sunday.
Jack Burt pitched a gem, throwing eight scoreless innings while striking out 10 batters, as the Hawks continued their strong form and improved to .500 following a slow start to the campaign.
