Ben King’s two-out single in the seventh proved the difference as Wanneroo Giants sealed a comeback win over winless Perth in Friday night’s WA State League 1 action at Empire Ballpark.
King drove in the go-ahead run and Frazer Brice closed out the win 3-2 with a scoreless seventh after Perth jumped to a 2-0 lead in the first.

Left fielder Ben King delivered with two outs in the fourth to drive in the g0-ahead run as Wanneroo opened the WA State League 1 season with a 5-3 win over Swan Districts on Friday night.
Both teams traded early three-run frames at Perth Harley-Davidson Ballpark ahead of the Giants loading the bases on three-straight singles in the fourth.
