Eastern Athletics produced a powerful offensive performance in the 2021 Australian Senior League Championship opener to down Brisbane Metro 18-6 in Lismore on Saturday.
The Athletics scored 13 runs in the first and did not look back in the Pool A opener.

The Giants scored six runs in the first and 10 in the second to break the contest open before going on to win 22-5 in game three.

Adelaide has hit back to claim game two of Australian Women’s Baseball Showcase presented by VALO on Saturday night, using a late burst to down Brisbane in a back-and-forth contest at West Beach.
The Giants took the lead early but lost it twice before scoring seven times in the bottom of the third to secure a 14-9 at Bennett Field.
