Brisbane broke through for its first win of the campaign while Adelaide and Canberra collected wins on the busiest day of the Australian Baseball League season so far.
The Bandits snapped a three-game losing streak to start the season after scoring first for the opening time of the campaign and building from there.

No teams remain undefeated after Adelaide went down on Wednesday morning but Brisbane is still yet to taste victory this season.
But it is only the very early stages of the season with plenty of action to come in the hub in the Sunshine State while Canberra and Melbourne get a series underway tomorrow night.

Perth will take Melbourne’s place in the first half of the Brisbane hub and stay on for all six days of action against the Bandits and Adelaide from January 5-11.
The Heat headed north to Queensland after their New Year’s Eve clash away to the Aces to beat out any further border restrictions around the country after Western Australia announced anyone returning from Melbourne would need to quarantine for 14 days.
