West Australian Liam Hendriks has been named the American League Reliever of the Month for September.
The Chicago White Sox closer finished the regular season in red-hot form, going 8-f0r-8 in save opportunities and working 13 2/3 scoreless innings across 13 appearances in September and October.

West Australian Liam Hendriks has been named MLB’s American League Reliever of the Month for August.
The 31-year-old put together an outstanding August for AL West leading Oakland to add a second Reliever of the Month award after also collecting the honour last June.
