The Mariners scored runs in the first three innings and withstood a late Canberra rally on diamond one to record a 7-4 win after falling to Wanneroo earlier in the day.

Nati went 2-for-3 with three runs batted in and Simon Slapeta and Jonah Chitty each drove in two runs as the Hawks prevailed 12-2 in five innings on diamond two.

South Australian Curtis Mead mashed his first homer of the season and matched his Minor League career-high with a four-hit performance on Saturday.
Mead went deep with a solo shot in the first to put Charleston up early but they were unable to go on with it, falling to Columbia 9-4 at Segra Park.
