Cooke signs with MLB organisation

West Australian Bjay Cooke has become the latest Aussie to sign a professional contract with an MLB organisation.

The pitcher-infielder over the weekend inked a deal with the Oakland Athletics.

Cooke commits to Division I JUCO

West Australian Bjay Cooke is set to link with Weatherford College after committing to the Division I junior college.

Cooke will join the Coyotes as a two-way player, continuing his career as a pitcher and infielder.
