Despite falling behind in the first few innings, Australia fought back before eventually going down 9-3 to two-time defending champions Cuba at the U15 World Cup.
Australia threatened early with the bases loaded in the first, however couldn’t capitalise, which opened the door for Cuba to plate four runs of their own in the second inning.

Baseball Australia can today reveal the 64 athletes named to the 2018 Australian MLB Invitational, which will take place in Lismore, NSW between August 25 and September 1.
The Australian MLB Invitational is designed to allow the best 13 and 14 year old players in the country to play competitive games under the guise of both local and international coaches on home soil, and will be heavily subsidised by MLB to maximise player attendance.

Australia’s hopes of reaching the U15 World Cup Super Round are over following a 22-7 loss to Netherlands in Panama on Tuesday morning.
Jake Burns’ second home run of the tournament was not enough as Australia fell to its third loss, putting it out of contention for the Super Round ahead of its final Group B game against Cuba tomorrow morning.

New South Welshman Quinn Johnson drove in five runs while Jake Burns and Jimmy Nati homered as Australia bounced back from an opening game loss to Japan.

Despite a late rally the Australian U15 World Cup team has begun their campaign with a narrow 4-2 loss against world #2 ranked Japan in Panama this morning.
Manager Andy Kyle gave Riley Yeatman the ball in a crucial opening round matchup, and the South Australian did not disappoint.

The NSW charter has represented Australia Region at the 2016 and 2017 Little League World Series and last year’s Junior League World Series.

Australia’s U12 World Cup team has ended their tournament on the best possible note, claiming a dominant 9-1 win over South Africa.
NSW and Cronulla junior Brendan Regan was outstanding on the mound for the Australians, throwing four shutout innings, allowing only two hits, and striking out an impressive seven hitters in the process.
