Despite falling behind in the first few innings, Australia fought back before eventually going down 9-3 to two-time defending champions Cuba at the U15 World Cup.
Australia threatened early with the bases loaded in the first, however couldn’t capitalise, which opened the door for Cuba to plate four runs of their own in the second inning.

Australia’s hopes of reaching the U15 World Cup Super Round are over following a 22-7 loss to Netherlands in Panama on Tuesday morning.
Jake Burns’ second home run of the tournament was not enough as Australia fell to its third loss, putting it out of contention for the Super Round ahead of its final Group B game against Cuba tomorrow morning.

An early offensive explosion from the Dominican Republic proved a bridge too far for the Australian U15 World Cup team, as they fell 20-8 in Chitré, Panama.
James Nati again proved why he is one of the best young talents in Australian baseball with a solo home run in the bottom of the first which gave Australia an early lead.

Australia collected its first win of the U15 World Cup in Panama on Sunday morning, riding a powerful offensive display to a 16-6 victory over South Africa.
New South Welshman Quinn Johnson drove in five runs while Jake Burns and Jimmy Nati homered as Australia bounced back from an opening game loss to Japan.

After a lengthy selection process, Baseball Australia is proud to announce the 20 young men selected for the WBSC U15 World Cup in Panama next month.
The Australian U15 team earned a place at the World Cup following a hard-fought qualifier against New Zealand in January, with a number of stars from that that qualifier booking their tickets to Panama.

Baseball Australia are proud to announce the 33 young men that will attend the WBSC U15 World Cup Camp at Blacktown International Sportspark from 1-6 July.
The 33 athletes will be put through their paces in a week-long training camp ahead of the U15 World Cup in Panama beginning on August 10.
