Wednesday’s 2022 Australian Women’s Baseball Championship schedule has been changed with a blockbuster matchup now set to be broadcast.
The clash between Western Australia and New South Wales has been moved to 4pm local time and will now be played on diamond one and broadcast at baseball.com.au and on baseball.com.au’s YouTube channel.

Maroon will take on winless Australian Capital Territory from 1pm local time on Monday as part of a revamped day four schedule.

Leah Cornish doubled to start the bottom of the seventh and went on to score the winning run on a dropped third strike as WA prevailed 4-3 in a wild clash on diamond two.

Monday’s Australian Women’s Baseball Championship action will get underway at 1pm – rather than 4pm – with wet weather forecast across Adelaide.
Tournament organisers made the decision to make an earlier start to allow all games to be on the main diamond and provide the best chance of completing the three scheduled games.
