Dean, Ings take out New South Wales MVP awards

Cronulla’s Josh Dean was named the New South Wales State Baseball League most valuable player on Friday night, while Baulkham Hills’ Bec Ings took out the honour in the Women’s League.

Dean claimed the Lionel Harris Medal as first grade MVP after hitting .455 with 14 RBIs in 20 appearances for the Sharks.

Workers advance to NSW Women's decider

Blacktown will face Greenway in the NSW Women’s Baseball League grand final on Saturday.

Workers downed Baulkham Hills 17-11 in the preliminary final at Blacktown International Sportspark on Saturday to secure their spot in the decider.

Hawks walk off Giants in NSW Women's League

Ryde put an end to Greenway’s unbeaten start to the NSW Women’s Baseball League season on Saturday after securing a walk-off win at Gilchrist Oval.

The Hawks gave up three runs in the top of the sixth to fall behind but hit back with a four-run frame to prevail 9-8.

Workers power past Orioles in NSW Women's League

Blacktown used a powerful offensive performance and strong pitching to break a run of close finishes in the NSW Women’s Baseball League on Saturday night.

Workers racked up 13 hits and did not allow a run until the fifth inning of an 11-1 win over Macarthur at Gilchrist Oval, snapping a run of two-straight ties.

Giants stay perfect in NSW Women's League

Greenway used a five-run third to break open its NSW Women’s Baseball League clash against Macarthur on Saturday before winning 11-2.

The teams traded early blows before the Giants pulled away with nine unanswered runs at Gilchrist Oval improving to 5-0.

Giants survive scare, stay perfect in NSW Women's league

Greenway withstood a late rally by Ryde to prevail 5-4 and improve its NSW Women’s Baseball League record to 3-0 on the weekend.

The Ladyhawks scored three runs in the bottom of the fifth at ELS Hall ahead of Jordan Richardson and Claire O’Sullivan combining to close out the win for the Giants.
