Michie mashes homer as Mercer go down in extras
Queenslander Brandon Michie’s three-run homer was not enough for Mercer to avoid its first loss of the college baseball season.
The Bears’ 11-game winning streak to start the season came to an end after falling to No. 11 Florida State 9-8 in extra innings at Dick Howser Stadium this morning (Australian time).
