Baseball Australia is the national sporting organisation overseeing baseball in Australia
In recent years Baseball Australia’s media arm – baseball.com.au – has seen a number of students land jobs in sport following internships with the organisation.
Baseball Australia’s media team is again on the lookout for a number of interns to contribute to the growth of baseball.com.au along with the sport in Australia, while delivering the 2022 event calendar and elevating the sport’s brands – from the grassroots up to the national team and Australian Baseball League.
Working as part of a small team the internships will provide successful applicants with the chance to get their hands dirty, giving them the chance to use industry-leading tools and have a positive impact on the sport while developing the skills required to advance in the industry.
The roles are suited to hard working students with an interest in sport and the media industry that are required to do a placement as part of their course. An understanding of baseball is desired but not essential.
Initiative, high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team will be highly regarded.
Available positions with an outline of key responsibilities are listed below. Our opportunities are flexible and designed to work for you, fitting in with your availability and meeting the outcomes you need as part of your studies.
