College baseball is a robust and effective player development system that has produced several successful Australian careers, both on and off the field. 

More than 1,200 college baseball teams offer athletic scholarships and several prominent Australians – from Craig Shipley to Josh Spence – started their careers in college baseball. Baseball Australia has assembled several resources to help educate families about the American college baseball system and its scholarship opportunities. 

The informational materials below are designed to produce informed consumers and empower talented Australian ballplayers to pursue baseball careers via the college system. College Baseball Information seminars are regularly conducted at the MLB Australian Academy Program, state baseball academies, and the National Youth Championships.
